The one that catches people out
9 late-season tournaments share one deadline
Every other tournament has its own order deadline, worked back from its own dates — those are in the table below. But the 9 tournaments listed here all have to be ordered by around the same date: December 1, 2026.
Winter production schedules mean late-season tournaments need to be ordered earlier than you’d expect. Working back from a February tournament on its own would tell you that you can order after the new year. You can’t.

That date is for a standard order. If you are past it, there is a good chance we can still do it — we do not add a rush charge to the pins themselves, and what usually changes is how the order ships. Call or text and we will work it out with you.

Come with an idea, even a rough one
The quote is the quick part. What takes the time is working out what the pin should look like, so anything you bring shortens it — a logo, a photo of last year’s pin, your kid’s drawing on the back of a homework sheet.
You can also make a picture with a free AI tool and send us that. It takes about two minutes, there is nothing to install, and it is a genuinely good way to show us what is in your head. We wrote the instructions, including the wording to paste in.
Whatever you send is a starting point, not the pin. We turn it into a production-ready design and you approve a real proof before anything is made. And if you have no idea yet, that is completely fine — most people don’t. Say a bit about the team and we’ll come back with something.
