What we do with your information
Short version: we use it to quote and make your pins, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
What you give us
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your team or organization, and whatever you tell us about the tournament, your roster and the pins you have in mind. If you use the calculator, the quantity and options it worked out come with it.
You do not create an account and there is no password. We never ask for one.
Files you send
Artwork, logos, photographs of drawings and anything else you upload go straight from your browser into a private folder on our Google Drive. They do not pass through this website’s servers.
Your confirmation email contains a private link back to that folder so you can add more later. Anyone holding that link can open it — it is how we avoid making you invent a password — so treat it like a key and only share it with people who should see your artwork.
We do not publish customer artwork, and we never put a child’s drawing on this site or anywhere else without asking a parent first.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is stored in HubSpot, which is our customer record, and it is emailed to us through Google Workspace. This site runs on Vercel. Those three companies process the information on our behalf, and nobody else receives it.
Analytics, and cookies we don’t set
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless — it does not follow you between sites, does not build a profile, and we run no advertising or social media trackers. This site sets no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry and your artwork for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards as part of our business records — which is genuinely useful to you, because it is what makes reordering next season a two-minute conversation instead of starting again.
If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.
Asking us to change or delete something
Email info@hockeydreampins.com or call (612) 236-5323 and ask. You do not need to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.
