How an order works

Asking for a price costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. Nothing is made, and nothing is charged, until you have seen a proof and said yes to it.

The figure the calculator shows is a real price for that size, quantity and set of upgrades — not a starting-from rate. It covers the pins, the design and proofing, the tooling, and standard shipping and handling.

Sales tax is not in that figure. Where it applies it is calculated from your delivery address and shown before you pay. A faster delivery service, if your deadline needs one, is also quoted separately.

It remains an estimate in one other way: an unusual shape, extra moving pieces or a genuinely custom mechanism can move it. We will tell you before you commit rather than afterwards.

Where the price sheet does not cover something, the site says so and we quote it by hand. The smallest order we make is 50 pins.

We send you a proof and you approve it in writing. Revisions before that point are included — there is no limit and no charge.

Once you approve it, your pins are made exactly as shown. If the approved proof turns out to have something wrong with it, putting that right is a second production run at your cost. So show it to anyone else who needs to see it before you reply, and send all your changes at once.

You need the rights to whatever you send. NHL, college and other licensed marks and characters are not ours to reproduce, and we will not make a pin that uses somebody else’s intellectual property.

You keep ownership of your own artwork. We use it to design, proof and make your pins, and we do not publish it or show it to anyone else without asking you first.

The order-by dates on this site are worked back from our real production and delivery times, with a margin so pins arrive the week before your tournament rather than during it. They are honest estimates, not guarantees, and shipping is the part neither of us controls.

If you are past a date, say so rather than assuming it is hopeless. There is usually still a way, and we will tell you plainly if there is not.

Payment terms are agreed on your invoice, after you have approved a proof. We do not take payment through this website.
