Every team you meet is a trade

Order early, pay less. Every tournament has an order-by date, and ordering by it gets you our standard price. After it there is often still a way: fewer than five weeks before your tournament the pins have to ship by express, which costs more, and the price we quote includes it. Fewer than four weeks before it, we cannot make custom pins in time, so we stop taking orders for that tournament.

450 pins

15 players, at 30 pins each — we'd suggest 450 pins.

Most teams trade 20 to 30+ pins a player. A big destination tournament. Kids will trade all weekend and run out if you order light. This is advice, not a rule. Assumes coaches trade too, at the same rate as the players.

What will these cost?

An estimate, seeded with the quantity above. Change the size or add an upgrade and it updates.

How big?

Room for a real mascot and your team name.

How should it be made?

Who you are

For your order. We reply by email.

Not sure? Pick the closest and we will talk it through.

Edina Squirt A, for example.

When do you need them?

We plan to have them in your hands at least a week before your tournament.

Leave it blank and we plan for a week before your tournament.

A little room lets us ship a slower, cheaper way.

For example: a second round needed by January 21. We'll set each round up as it comes.

Where should we ship them?

Shipping is included. A street address, not a P.O. box.

Describe your pin

Artwork is best - attach it below. No artwork yet? Then tell us here what goes on the pin: the mascot or logo, the words, the colors. One or the other is what our designer draws your proof from.

Pantone numbers if you know them, like 286 C - or just navy, gold and white.

Artwork

Preferred - it gets you the most accurate first proof. Any file works: a logo, a picture you made with an AI tool, a photo of last year's pin, or a phone photo of your kid's drawing. All of it is a starting point, not the finished pin. No file? Describe the pin above instead.

If yes, please attach it below - it makes the sharpest pin.

Photos, PDFs, vector files, screenshots — we’ll handle the format.

Nothing to send? Make a pin idea in two minutes and send that instead.

Tax-exempt certificate

Optional. If your association is tax-exempt, attach its certificate (in Minnesota, Form ST3). We keep it on file for all your orders, and you can add it later on your order page.

Is this your player's first or second year at this level?

Optional.

How did you hear about us?

Optional - it helps us know which tournaments and teams send people our way.

We reply by email within 3 business days — usually sooner. Send artwork or an AI concept with the form and your quote comes back faster. A pin specialist reads it — not a call center.

Start your pin with us and we will confirm yours.

Pin Tracker Online

Your own order page

When you send the form, your team gets its own secure page: every proof the day it is ready, approved with one press, your price beside it, and each pin followed from drawing to shipped. Add a co-manager, change a quantity before production, and reorder next season without starting over. How it works
